During some of their downtime from making skateboards, our hybrid caliper-wielding wizards, decided they wanted to make some tools. They started out by taking traditional T-Tool, breaking it down and coming up with the Junction Tool. They wanted a tool that would clip onto their tool belts so they wouldn't lose them.
